Common questions

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings → Upgrade and tap "Restore purchases." Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought Pro with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel anytime from your App Store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions). A lifetime purchase never needs cancelling.

How do I change my reminder times?

Go to Settings → Reminders. With Pro you can set your delivery time, per-task lead times and quiet hours; the free plan reminds you 3 days before, at 9:00 AM.

How do I export or delete my data?

Pro users can export their history as a CSV from Settings. To permanently delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Delete account. This is immediate and irreversible.

Is my data private?

We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

iPhone and Android. The apps are launching soon on the App Store and Google Play.
