Maintainly is a home-maintenance reminder app operated by Kapybara LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company ("Maintainly", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We collect only what we need to run the app, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not track you across other apps or use your data for advertising.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the app, each acting under its own terms and processing only what is needed for its function:
You can sign in using an email magic link, Sign in with Apple, or Google. When you use Apple or Google sign-in, that provider authenticates you and shares your email address with us so we can create or access your account.
We keep your account and maintenance data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your associated data from our database and remove your photos from storage. We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, and backups are purged on a rolling basis.
Your data is reached only through an authenticated API that checks that you own the data you are requesting. Connections are encrypted in transit, and our providers store data in secured, access-controlled facilities. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect your information.
Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK, United States, and Canada), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can access and export your data in the app, and you can contact us at support@maintainly.in to exercise any of these rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings › Delete account in the app. You can also email us at support@maintainly.in and we will delete your account and data on your behalf.
Maintainly is rated 4+ and is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in the United States, and our providers (including our database, storage, analytics, and email vendors) may process your data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred from the EU, UK, or other regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required by applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
